What types of calls do you offer?

We specialize in inbound phone calls for Medicare Advantage and ACA Health Insurance enrollments. We do not sell live transfers or lead lists.

Can I choose when to receive calls and where to receive calls from?

Yes. You control your call schedule, target states, maximum daily caps, and concurrency. Our system routes only calls that match your filters.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. We will be able to accommodate returns for calls billed that were "bad" calls meaning, dead air and/or there was no contact with the caller, or you received a call for another industry vertical.

Are there buffers on your calls?

Yes, we provide you with buffers which gives you ample time to qualify your client before you are billed for that call.

What reporting do I have access to?

All of our clients have access to call reports for each campaign as well as access to recordings 24/7.

Do you bill on Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)?

Yes. We offer CPA terms for Medicare Inbound Calls. Not ACA inbounds.

Do you sell calls to individual agents?

No, we only sell calls to agencies with 10+ agents on the phone ready to take calls and make some money.
